Research Fellow (1 year contract)

The Research Fellow will design and conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection aligned with project objectives, perform advanced data analyses, and prepare high-quality research reports and dissemination materials. Responsibilities also include supporting project management, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting with research ethics applications. Candidates must possess a PhD in Education or a related field, along with strong expertise in advanced quantitative and qualitative research methods. Demonstrated ability to work independently, excellent writing skills, and prior experience in educational technology or research involving Low-SES populations are highly advantageous.
