Project Executive (Leasing & Resource)

This role involves overseeing staff relocations, lease administration, and supporting teaching and event logistics in collaboration with the Head of Campus Estates & Resources Development. Key duties include managing lease documentation, implementing space planning strategies, conducting space audits, and coordinating facility upgrades and moves. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with five years of experience in areas like Additions & Alterations, Project Management, or space planning. Proficiency in space and lease management software is preferred, and experience with AV systems is an advantage.
