Responsibilities Lead communication with veterinarians and the veterinary medical team to coordinate and maintain efficient pet care flow Deliver professional, efficient, and exceptional service to clients and pets, ensuring a positive experience at all times Collect and document relevant client and pet medical history to maintain accurate and complete medical charts Apply safe restraining techniques and adhere to standard protocols to ensure the safety of pets, clients, and associates during treatment Maintain clean, sterile, and organized treatment areas, examination rooms, and laboratories to support effective medical procedures Educate clients on preventive care, pet health needs, diagnoses, treatments, hospital services, and related topics to promote informed pet ownership Assist veterinarians during surgical procedures as required to support successful outcomes Connect with us for further information.
