Are you a "Growth Hacker" who knows how to dominate the digital landscape using SEO, SEM, and AI? We are seeking a strategic Digital Growth & E-Commerce Manager to be the engine of our brand’s expansion. In this role, you won't be bogged down by repetitive sales inquiries. Instead, you will focus on the high-level strategy of generating high-quality leads and optimizing our digital presence to ensure our sales team is always busy with "hot" prospects. The Mission: Lead the Charge Your primary KPI is the Quantity and Quality of Sales Leads . You are the architect of the funnel; our sales team is the closing force. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Strategy: Own the performance of Google SEO/SEM and Facebook Ads . Your goal is to drive the right traffic at the lowest possible cost. Platform Optimization: Manage Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify backends. Focus on visibility, ranking, and ensuring our listings look (and perform) better than any competitor. AI Force Multiplier: Lead the integration of AI tools across the company. Use AI to automate content creation, optimize keywords, and stay ahead of search engine algorithm changes. Sales Enablement: While you won't handle every inquiry, you will design the sales scripts and SOPs that the sales team uses. You must understand the customer's psychology to create ads that truly resonate. Marketing Design: Oversee or create high-converting visuals using AI-assisted tools and basic design software, ensuring a premium brand image for our smart home products. Who You Are: The Strategist: You understand the "Big Picture" of digital marketing but aren't afraid to get your hands dirty with technical settings. Data-Driven: You live in Google Analytics and Ads Manager. You optimize based on facts, not feelings. AI-Forward: You are already using AI to work smarter and faster than your peers. Sales-Minded: Even though you aren't the primary closer, you have strong sales intuition. You know what makes a Singaporean HDB/Condo owner click "Buy."
