Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist (Contract)

Design and deliver scalable training initiatives using AI-driven workflows and digital tools to enhance frontline capability. Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle, from content creation and LMS management to facilitation and performance tracking. Requires a tertiary degree in Business, HR, or L&D with 3-6 years of experience in training or sales enablement. Must be proficient in digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and have a strong interest in AI and automation.
