Job Description & Requirements Handles several full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL & Reporting), including reconciliations and preparation of schedules Any other ad-hoc duties assigned Assistin timely year end closing accounts. Assist in preparation of financial statements and management accounts Keying in data entries.Prepare and submit quarterly GST report Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company Handle customers' queries via email &/or callsMonitor customer's accounts and filling deadline Prepare tax schedules and simple income tax computations. Job requirement: Minimum 3 year experience in accounting roles Basic Accounting knowledge, Minimum Diploma in Accounting /LCCI or equivalentProficient in MS Excel and MS Word Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels and positive work attitude Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitudeBilingual in English and Mandarin, can deal with chinese clients
