Job Summary The Chief Human Resources Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for leading the company’s overall people strategy, organization development, talent management, HR governance, and regional HR operations. This role will partner closely with the CEO and senior management team to support business growth, organizational transformation, leadership development, workforce planning, and employment risk management across Singapore and regional markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the company’s overall human capital strategy in line with business objectives and regional expansion plans. Advise the CEO and executive leadership team on organization structure, workforce planning, leadership capability, succession planning, and people-related business risks. Lead organization design, restructuring, performance management, compensation strategy, and incentive framework development. Oversee senior talent acquisition, leadership assessment, succession planning, and retention strategies for critical roles. Establish and improve HR policies, employment practices, governance standards, and compliance processes across relevant markets. Lead regional HR teams covering HR business partnering, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, HR operations, employee relations, and HR systems. Drive HR transformation, process improvement, workforce analytics, and scalable management systems to support business growth. Shape a high-performance culture based on accountability, ownership, collaboration, compliance, and business results. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. MBA or master’s degree preferred. Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior regional or group-level HR management experience. Proven experience advising CEOs, founders, boards, or executive leadership teams on organization and people strategy. Strong track record in organization design, workforce planning, performance management, compensation strategy, executive hiring, HR transformation, and employee relations. Experience managing HR matters across multiple jurisdictions, business units, or cultural environments. Strong knowledge of employment practices, HR governance, compensation management, and organizational effectiveness. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Fluent English is required. Mandarin or other regional language capability is an advantage.(To Liaise with mandarin speaking clients. )
