Job Summary Lead OEM certification and co-development of lubricant products by collaborating cross-functionally and providing technical support to international markets. Drive product compliance, resolve technical issues, and deliver customer-focused solutions. Responsibilities Establish and maintain effective communication with OEM partners on technical, product, and certification requirements. Lead OEM certification and approval processes to ensure compliance with OEM standards and successful product accreditation. Support the co-development of lubricant products in collaboration with OEMs, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, distributors, and overseas markets to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction. Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor products to recommend suitable lubricant solutions. Work closely with the sales team to support customer acquisition, retention, and business development activities. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders. Participate in customer visits, technical discussions, and commercial meetings to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities. Prepare, review, and translate technical documents, reports, product information, and customer-facing materials. Support additional technical service, OEM development, and sales-related activities as assigned to meet business objectives. Preferred competencies and qualifications 2–3 years of relevant experience in the lubricant industry, preferably in OEM support and certification Familiarity with OEM certification processes and product co-development Ability to manage multiple OEM projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
