Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote F&B products and services. Create annual and seasonal marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Manage social media platforms to enhance brand awareness. Plan and execute seasonal promotions, holiday specials, and loyalty programs. Develop marketing materials, including menus, posters, flyers, and email campaigns. Handle customer engagement, responding to reviews and social media comments. Analyze customer feedback and reviews to enhance marketing strategies and improve services. Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional offers and upselling strategies Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings. Marketing Manager Requirements: Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand-building efforts.
