Technician

What you will do Execute production buyoff procedure and shop floor line support. Perform trouble shooting and analysis on internal / External product quality issue and work with engineers on corrective/preventive actions. Provide daily task report. Support projects (SMART LEAN / CIP continuous improvement projects), trial run and cost saving evaluation. Identify and monitor production process / machine parameters. Ensuring process checklist / logbooks are maintained. Support new process set up (NPI). Assist process documentation / Work Instruction and provide training to manufacturing personnel Able to do measurement for the 2nd source component trial run. What you bring Experience 2 - 3 years’ experience in production & engineering field Experienced in SMT industry or other related manufacturing industry Experienced in Gas Coating Process or any related PCB coating internment. Good technical skill with hands on knowledge in SMT machines Able to perform measurement like caliper or digital microscope. Personal competencies Able to read & understand 2D / 3D drawing & electrical circuit diagram Good trouble-shooting or diagnostic skills on printed circuit board (PCBA) Personal competencies Good interpersonal and communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently Good organizational skill Who we are At WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.
