About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team on a full commission basis. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, meeting business owners, and identifying new business opportunities. You will represent SJ Digital Media Solutions by introducing our business growth solutions to SMEs and corporate clients while developing your own portfolio of clients. You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while receiving support, training, and mentorship from our management team. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and prospect new business opportunities across Singapore. Develop relationships with SME owners, entrepreneurs, directors, and C-suite executives. Conduct cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and business meetings. Arrange and attend client meetings, both online and in person. Understand clients' business challenges and recommend suitable solutions. Sales & Client Management Present SJ's branding, business strategy, AI automation, overseas business matching, and international expansion services. Prepare proposals and quotations with support from the internal team. Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process. Build long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners. Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. Networking & Events Represent SJ at networking events, exhibitions, seminars, and business conferences. Develop strategic partnerships with business associations, chambers of commerce, and ecosystem partners. Generate referrals and expand SJ's business network. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate client records and sales activities within the CRM system. Track leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline. Submit regular sales updates and activity reports. Requirements Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates with strong sales motivation are welcome to apply. Previous experience in business development, sales, recruitment, consultancy, insurance, property, banking, or B2B sales will be an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented. Comfortable meeting clients and attending networking events.
