Job Summary Operate and maintain CNC Milling/Turning machines to ensure quality production output while adhering to safety and process standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to achieve production targets and meet quality standards Prepare materials and tools required for CNC machining tasks accurately and promptly Apply knowledge of CNC machines, tooling, machine capabilities, and machining techniques to optimize machining operations Perform daily housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment Conduct process measurements to verify product quality and compliance with specifications Identify and report machine and process discrepancies promptly to the production leader Interpret mechanical drawings and symbols accurately to guide machining processes Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members to support production goals Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines under pressure and maintain consistent output Follow instructions and perform additional duties assigned by the production supervisor Work rotating shifts including night shifts and be available for overtime on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required Preferred competencies and qualifications Up to 5 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC machining centers Relevant working experience accepted in lieu of formal qualifications
