Tea/Pantry Assistant

The tea/pantry assistant is part of the Admin Group, ensuring functional pantry support: Ready to serve breakfast daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the pantry: - Daily preparation of hard-boiled eggs & fruit - Additional breakfast items and refreshments such as sandwiches 3x times a week (Tue to Thurs) Serve beverages to top management personnel, when required. Replenish refreshments and beverages for both pantry areas. Maintain and tidy the two pantry areas, including but not limited to washing of cups, mopping floor, and emptying rubbish bins. Clean and organize the office refrigerators once a week. Tidy up the VP’s room when necessary. Monitor pantry supplies and inform the Facilities team when stocks are running low (e.g., paper towels, etc.). Assist in packing and storing pantry supplies in the storeroom. Provide support for company in-house events and other ad-hoc duties as required. Candidate Profile A self-motivated individual who value integrity, have willing brain engagement in going the extra miles to provide excellent and create happiness and values to stakeholders. A strong candidate should possess the following: Minimum 3 years of relevant working pantry experiences. Employment Details Permanent part-time contract (annual renewal) Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (5 hours daily) Completion bonus (1 month per full year of service)
