Key Responsibilities As our Pizza Chef, you will be the specialist dedicated to crafting exceptional pizzas. Your daily responsibilities include: Prepare high-quality pizza dough, sauces, and toppings daily, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes. Skillfully stretch, top, and bake pizzas to perfection, maintaining our high presentation and taste standards. Efficiently manage the pizza station during service, ensuring timely output and quality control. Manage inventory, stock rotation, and prep levels for pizza ingredients to minimize wastage. Maintain an immaculate and organized pizza station, complying strictly with food hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations. Participate in opening, closing, and cleaning shifts to ensure the kitchen is always service-ready. Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen and service team to ensure guest satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in a pizza station or a commercial kitchen environment. Passion for pizza-making and a strong desire to master the craft. Ability to work efficiently, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure in a high-volume kitchen. A strong team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to learning and improvement.
