Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms. Develop audience targeting strategies, customer acquisition funnels, and performance marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and conversions. Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, campaign allocation, and optimisation efforts to maximise ROI and campaign effectiveness. Track and analyse campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, campaign structures, and landing pages to improve campaign performance. Work closely with branding, creative, production, and marketing teams to develop impactful advertising campaigns and creatives.
