Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a high-performing sales team. Coach and mentor team members through daily training and field guidance. Drive sales performance and achieve team targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports. Recruit and develop new sales talent. Foster a positive and results-oriented team culture. Requirements Diploma or Degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of sales experience. Leadership or team management experience is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
