The Job Review and Process Loan Applications under Hire Purchase, Credit Loans and other loan products which involves meticulously reviewing loan applications, verifying information provided by applicants, and assessing their creditworthiness. You'll be responsible for preparing all necessary loan documentation accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements under hire purchase act and company policies. Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements is paramount in the financial industry. You'll need to stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure all loan documentation meets these standards. In charge of document filling and data entry to ensure record accuracy in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Require to contact customers, vendors, suppliers and partners for issues pertaining to discrepancies, short fall or overdue payment, collection arrangements by using collecting techniques email, letter, phone call and WhatsApp. Responsible for minimizing defaults and bad debts cases for ongoing instalment plan. Monitor aging reports to update management in the status of difficult cases for liability or settlement issues. Engage close interactions, coordinating with inter-department and external customers to ensure smooth day to day operations. Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor. Job Requirements Minimum qualification Diploma with 2 years’ experience in Hire Purchase in vehicle loan, other loan products and credit control experience. Strong in English, able to write, type and speak fluently. Similar experience in the automotive industry and credit/loan experience is an advantage Fast in response and able to work in a fast-paced environment A flexible, resilient mindset and can-do attitude Good interpersonal and communication skills
