Supervisor

Ensure that teams work together effectively to deliver quality work within strict deadlines. Monitor construction processes and provide training and team-building sessions as required. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times. Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections. Schedule regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff. Prepare reports, budgets, and project plans, and present them to relevant stakeholders. Work closely with architects and other construction professionals. Stay up to date with safety codes, regulations, and advancements in construction practices. Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff. Process paperwork and travel to multiple sites as required.
