Sr. Materials/Planning Specialist

Job Summary You will be the central execution owner ensuring NPI builds run “like clockwork”—from capacity reservation to final test delivery—supporting critical product ramps and customer commitments Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle. Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules. Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Senior Materials / Planning Specialist What You Will Do Drive NPI build execution and schedule adherence across OSAT partners Coordinate Assembly ↔ Test readiness, capacity, and materials Maintain daily tracking of build progress, risks, and milestones Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Planning, and Operations Resolve execution gaps and escalate risks with clear mitigation actions Required Experience and Skills What We’re Looking For 2-5 years in manufacturing operations Experienced in NPI, production planning, or program management Ability to manage cross-functional execution Comfortable working with OSAT internal partners and progress tracking Highly structured, execution-driven, and detail-oriented Desired Experience and Skills If you’re a builder who thrives on execution and operational impact, this role puts you at the center of NPI delivery.
