Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and organized Project Executive to support and execute various projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and high-quality standards. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong project management skills. Responsibilities Collaborate with Project Leads to clarify clients’ objectives, requirements, and preferences for each project Contribute to developing creative concepts and proposals aligned with client briefs and budget limits Coordinate with internal teams including creative, production, and operations to ensure smooth project execution Source and manage external vendors and suppliers by negotiating contracts and monitoring deliverables Assist Project Leads in managing event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and transportation Manage on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution and promptly resolve any issues Prepare post-event reports under Project Leads’ guidance to evaluate project success and recommend improvements Required competencies and certifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, teams, and vendors Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multi…
