Senior Interior Designer

SLI Studio is seeking an experienced and design-driven Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. This is a key role for a seasoned professional passionate about crafting refined, high-end residential interiors and enjoys working closely with the Creative Director to bring thoughtful, sophisticated spaces to life. What You’ll Do Work in close collaboration with the Creative Director Lead and develop interior design concepts from initial vision through completion Oversee multiple high-end residential projects across all design phases Create strong design narratives through concepts, mood boards, material selections, and spatial layouts Liaise confidently with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements Manage the design process, including project scope, schedule, and budget Collaborate & coordinate closely with consultants, suppliers, and contractors Propose creative, well-resolved design solutions that align with SLI Studio’s aesthetic and quality standards Prepare design documentation and ensure timely delivery of project milestones What You’ll Bring Degree in Interior Design or Architecture Minimum 5 years of professional experience in high-end residential interior design within Singapore , Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada and/or the USA.
