QA Technician (Oil & Gas)**Gul Circle

Reporting to the QA Supervisor, you will provide assistance in maintaining highest quality standard in gauge room activities and manufacturing processes to meet technical specifications and quality program. Setting gauges and preparation /issuing of inspection sheets and gauging procedures Perform incoming check and verification of raw materials, customers supplied materials, sub-con operations and instruments; 1. Dimensional verification, 2. Hardness check, 3. Mill Certificate Verification, 4. VTI, 5. Short term rental gauges Perform final check on finished parts and routers/documentation/inspection sheet ensuring compliance to licensor’s / customers’ requirements Conduct scheduled daily phosphate titration test and monthly coupon test Perform threading inserts verification To raise Non-Conformance / Incident Reports on discrepancy discovered To conduct internal process audit Responsible for maintaining the integrity of gauge room Job Requirements Industrial Quality Training Certification 1 to 2 years' experience within OCTG production environment 5 days work at Gul Circle Salary up to $3500 Interested applicants please send in your MS Word Resume.
