VP, Operation Planning & Operational Processing Risk Management, OMO

The role involves leading operational efficiency initiatives and strengthening regional governance across APAC in alignment with Japan Head Office policies. It also requires acting as a primary liaison between regional offices and the Head Office while managing operational risk and compliance frameworks. Candidates must have approximately 10–15 years of experience in banking or financial services with a strong background in operations planning and governance. Proficiency in the Japanese language is required to effectively communicate and interpret instructions from the Tokyo Head Office.
