Contracting & Commercial Manager

The Contracting & Commercial Manager is responsible for end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including bid support, contract negotiation, and commercial performance monitoring across the APAC region. They will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure governance, risk mitigation, and the maximization of revenue and margin. Candidates must possess an internationally recognized qualification in Commercial or Contract Management and have proven experience in complex industrial equipment supply. Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and project management methodologies is essential for this role.
