C&S Resident Technical Officer

Civil & Structural Resident Technical Officer Job Description a) Able to supervise the construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, approved sketches, product or system specifications, contractor’s method statements, installation and working procedures. b) Ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and government agencies c) Experience in architectural finishing/building works d) Past experience with projects located within Changi and Seletar Airport will be advantageous; e) Good team player with ability to work independently and multi-task Job Requirements: a) Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing; b) Registered as Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ ACES; and c) At least 5 years of site supervision experience as Resident Technical Officer.
