Retail Sales Promoter (Long Term Part Time)

This is a Long Term Part-Time position, students are welcomed. ***** ONLY SINGAPOREANS/PR MAY APPLY***** Work in Courts/ Harvey Norman/Best Denki/Gain City Primary Function To be sales driven and customer oriented and increase product sales To raise awareness of product and build customer's interest 1) Daily Scope of job: Actively promote all product to customers. Present product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers. Build strong relationships with customers to drive product awareness and sales. Work in dynamic environments such as departmental store and atriums. Achieve monthly sales target to earn attractive incentives and commissions Collaborate with sales team to achieve targets Managing and supervising team of promotors Monitoring performance and identify training needs 2) Weekly/Monthly Scope of Job: Participate in new product training and development activities to update skills and knowledge. Monthly sales meeting in office 3) Others: Require wearing uniform in neat and pleasant appearance. Always perform a pleasant and patient attitude to customers. Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time. Job Requirements Able to commit weekdays and weekends. Enthusiastic and comfortable engaging with customers. Sales-driven, with a passion for promoting quality products. Willingness to work in different retail environments. A team player who is proactive and highly motivated.
