Technical Officer, Power

Responsibilities: To carry out the schedule preventive maintenance (PM) work on power system in compliance with relevant procedures and safety requirement. To assist Engineering Maintenance Manager (EMM) in supervision of corrective maintenance (CM), upgrading, modification work and major repair work as assigned by EMM. Prepare and submit reports on completion of work. To perform general housekeeping, inspection, collect and deliver stores, spare and equipment for the PM & CM work. To comply and exercise safety at all times in accordance to Safety Procedures. To attend Permit-to-work for all internal and external work parties. To perform rotating shift duties. To perform driving duty. To carry out home based equipment, tools and spare checklist. To ensure compliance with our Quality objective as stated in our QP/ WIs/ Tasklists in daily activities. To undertake any other tasks or functions that are incidental or ancillary to the performance of assigned work. Requirements: Possess a Higher NITEC or NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Have 2-3 years work experience in relevant industrial discipline. Able to communicate effectively. Able to work in a team and is a team player.
