Responsibilities Conduct safety checks and enforcement Facilitate safety engagement with Depot staff Conduct Workplace Safety & Health investigation and follow-up Coordination for Land Transport Authority audit and bus cleanliness Coordination and checks on bus advertisement Manage coinbox operation Management of Depot Assistants and oversee bus parking CCTV footage extraction Compile reports Ad-hoc tasks as assigned Facilitate external / internal visits Conduct routine premise checks and closure of audit follow-up Conduct Depot system functionality checks Manage premise, bus cleaners and security guards Depot infrastructure monitoring and ad-hoc repair follow up Annual Depot shut down Individual is required to be on permanent night shift work schedule Qualifications & Work Experience Minimum Diploma in any field Fire Safety Manager and experience in transport operation management will be a bonus Required to perform shift work, including night shift Microsoft Office First aid Skills Great communication skills Problem solving skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to function in a team and as an individual People management and stakeholders' engagement SMRT Buses Ltd , a subsidiary of SMRT Corporation, is one of Singapore’s major public bus operators.
