Job Purpose The Marketing Officer supports the planning, coordination, and execution of partnership initiatives, events, sales enablement activities, and marketing campaigns across Stellar Lifestyle and Stellar Ace ecosystem. The role works closely with sales teams, internal business units, brand partners, sponsors, tenants, merchants, vendors and other stakeholders to develop impactful partnership opportunities, event activations, sales materials and marketing initiatives that drive business growth, brand awareness, customer engagement, and stakeholder value. Through the successful delivery of collaborations, campaigns, and activations across transit, retail, lifestyle and media platforms, the Marketing Officer plays a key role in supporting revenue opportunities, strengthening partner relationships, and enhancing the Stellar Lifestyle ecosystem. Responsibilities Partnerships & Sales Enablement Support the planning, coordination, and execution of partnership initiatives, sponsorship opportunities, sales pitches and marketing outreach activities. Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, proposals, presentations, sales kits, and marketing collaterals to support advertising, partnership, and outreach efforts. Coordinate with partners, sponsors, merchants, tenants, and external stakeholders on deliverables, participation details, and campaign requirements. Conduct research on market trends, potential partners, sponsorship opportunities, and industry developments to support business growth and team’s planning. Maintain proper records of sales materials, partner databases, and follow-up documentation. Events & Activations Support the planning, coordination and execution of events, partner campaigns, station activations, and engagement programmes. Liaise with event vendors, venue partners, tenants, station operations teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth event logistics and operational coordination. Assist in sourcing for event materials, suppliers, vendors, premiums, and other resources while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards. Support on-site event requirements, including setup, manpower planning, publicity materials, stakeholder briefings and event-day support. Assist in tracking event deliverables, timelines, budgets and post-event reporting. Marketing & Communications Support Support the development of marketing collaterals, campaign materials, communication assets, and promotional content for partnerships and events Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on creative assets, publicity materials, digital content, and campaign requirements. Administrative Support Provide administrative support for marketing, partnerships, and event-related activities, including scheduling, documentation, filing and coordination. Assist with procurement processes, including vendor quotations, PR/PO submissions, invoice processing, payment follow-ups and budget tracking. Maintain organized records of contracts, campaign materials, event documentation, partner correspondence, and supporting documents for audit and reporting purposes. Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support departmental operations and business objectives. Qualifications & Work Experience Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Events Management, or a related field is preferred Candidates with 1–2 years of marketing, communications, digital, retail marketing, or campaign management experience are preferred. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude, strong learning mindset, and relevant internship experience may be considered. Experience in events, retail marketing, partnerships, media, advertising or stakeholder coordination will be advantageous. Skills Coordination Skills: Able to support multiple marketing, partnership, and event-related tasks while keeping track of timelines and deliverables. Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills when liaising with internal teams, vendors, partners, tenants, and other stakeholders. Organisational Skills: Meticulous and structured in managing documentation, schedules, marketing assets, event requirements, and follow-up items. Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing campaigns, events, social media, digital platforms, and customer engagement.
