Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Executive to drive brand presence and trade execution across key channels and accounts. You will develop and execute trade marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives, working closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners. This role involves implementing effective in-store strategies, managing promotions, and supporting new product launches to ensure impactful execution at the trade level and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings solid FMCG experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for building brands through excellent in-store execution. Responsibilities: Responsible for Brand Development in Marketplace / Channels. Execute Channel Strategy in line with Category Development and Brand Developmental Plan. Execute Focused Trade Strategies for Category in Each Key Account and Strategies in tandem with Brand Positioning and Potential of the Account. Monitor Competitive Activity Feedback Report to track Frequency and Types of Promotions taking place, Documenting, Reporting and Future referencing purposes. Evaluate trade and in-store promotions for effectiveness against company goals. Coordinate with Marketing on timelines for promotions, pack/price changes, and new product launches to ensure smooth execution by Sales. Support product launches, distribution tracking, planograms, in-store sampling, and secondary displays, etc. Coordinate and implement Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM). Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirement: Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. At least 3 years of Sales, Trade and Category Experience in FMCG industry. Analytical, Good presentation and Communication Skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Graphic Design will be plus. Good Inter-Personal Skills, A Good Team Player. Category and Space Management Skills will have advantage. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a self-motivated and results-oriented approach. Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and international partners. EA License Name & License Number: SMTP Consult Pte.
