Locum Social Worker @ Hougang Sheng Hong Family Service Centre

Key Responsibility Areas Provide casework management to clients with varying needs, risk and safety concerns. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve case plan outcomes. Participate/ implement group work to target client groups or other stakeholders/ agencies. Participate in community development initiatives and provide recommendations for consideration. Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director & Head of FSC/Director/Management. Required qualifications and experience Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work / Degree or Master in Counselling. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience working with individuals/ families is an added advantage. Good report writing skill. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good organisational skill.
