Your Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact between Headquarters and key customers across the Asia-Pacific region. Support the management and resolution of technical incidents affecting major customer accounts. Ensure smooth and professional communication between customers, APAC subsidiaries, and headquarters. Coordinate technical escalations and monitor corrective action plans. Contribute to the collection and reporting of field feedback, including product quality concerns, incidents, and customer insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical support and customer satisfaction.
