About this role
Engage in the installation, repair and maintenance ofvarioustechnology-base equipment. Conduct regular checks and troubleshooting to ensurethetechnical equipment operates at its optimal performance. Provide on-site assistance with hardware and software useandaddress and resolve technical issues faced by clients or customers. Carry out diagnostic tests and analyses to identify therootsof technical issues. Liaise with team members and communicate with stakeholdersinlayman's terms to assess needs and system requirements. Record and document instances of hardware failure,repair,installation and removal. Stay up to date with technical developments andadvancementsin allied fields. Requirements working hours : 7:30am - 5:15pm (5.5 days) Nitec in Mechanical/Mechatronics
