Part/Full Time Cake Shop Sales & Service Crew

Job Summary You will prepare beverages and cakes, manage outlet sales and cashier duties including opening and closing, maintain cleanliness, and support assigned tasks to ensure smooth outlet operations. Responsibilities Prepare beverages and cakes following quality and presentation standards to ensure customer satisfaction Process sales transactions accurately as cashier during opening and closing shifts to maintain financial integrity Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet to comply with health and safety standards Promote outlet sales and assist the marketing team with campaigns to support business growth Acquire and apply product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete assigned tasks efficiently Maintain consistent performance and uphold outlet standards throughout shifts Preferred competencies and qualifications Communicate effectively in English to serve customers and collaborate with team members Use Chinese language skills to enhance customer interaction and communication when applicable Other Information Locations: Holland V, Orchard, Katong, Punggol, Novena, VivoCity Job Type: Part/Full-Time (Weekly Scheduled) - PT: $10-12/Hr Shift Requirements: Two shifts available with flexible working hours (minimum 40 hours/week) Benefits Full Time: Sales incentives, annual leave (full-time), medical leave (full-time), CPF contributions, company trips, medical claims, approved allowances, annual bonus Only shortlisted candidates will be notified
