Role Summary The Regional Digital Solutions & Operations Manager is responsible for supporting regional business growth by bridging enterprise customers, technology teams, and business operations. The role combines digital solution consulting, customer engagement, pre-sales coordination, delivery governance, and regional operational management to ensure successful execution of AI, cloud, software engineering, and digital transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia and other assigned markets. Key Responsibilities Digital Solutions & Customer Engagement Engage enterprise customers to understand business challenges and digital transformation objectives. Work with solution architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions. Support AI, cloud, data analytics, and software engineering solution discussions and customer workshops. Coordinate preparation of solution presentations, proposals, demonstrations, and commercial responses. Pre-Sales & Business Development Support regional pre-sales activities, including opportunity qualification, proposal coordination, RFP responses, and client presentations. Collaborate with sales teams to develop solution strategies and value propositions aligned with customer business objectives. Support strategic account development and identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships. Regional Operations & Delivery Coordination Coordinate cross-border projects involving regional delivery teams across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, China, India, US and other assigned markets. Monitor project progress, resource coordination, customer communications, and operational governance. Facilitate collaboration between sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution. Support risk identification, issue resolution, and customer escalation management. Strategic Business Operations Support regional business planning, operational reporting, and performance tracking. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities. Coordinate regional marketing initiatives, executive workshops, technology events, and strategic customer engagements. Assist the CEO in executing regional growth initiatives and strategic business priorities. Technology Partnership & Ecosystem Support Coordinate joint activities with strategic technology partners including cloud providers, software vendors, and ecosystem partners. Support joint go-to-market initiatives and regional partner engagement activities. Maintain awareness of emerging digital technologies, AI trends, and enterprise transformation initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in business development, digital solutions, consulting, technology sales support, customer engagement, or regional business operations. Experience supporting enterprise customers in digital transformation, cloud, AI, software development, or technology consulting environments. Strong regional exposure and cultural sensitive mindset working with SEA, Asia and NA team. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating cross-functional and cross-border teams. Strong analytical, presentation, and business planning capabilities. Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage. Preferred Skills Understanding of AI, cloud computing, software engineering, data analytics, or digital transformation solutions. Experience supporting proposal management and enterprise solution consulting. Familiarity with project governance and customer delivery coordination. Experience working with multinational customers and distributed teams.
