Sales Consultant

Job Decriptions: Conduct basic skin analysis and skin consultation Promoting the company’s services and products to customers Demonstrate excellent customer service and rapport with customers Maintain a professional, working environment by complying with standard operating procedures Achieve sales and other key business targets Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints of customers Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management. Job Requirements: Have a passion in beauty and skin care with customer-oriented mindset is of upmost importance Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in beauty consultancy/ retail industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers. Able to work retail hours on weekends and public holidays. Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in beauty consultancy/ retail industry
