Business Operations Intern

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with founders, gaining hands-on experience in startup operations, project coordination, process improvement, customer engagement, and business administration. Responsibilities Support daily business and operational activities across departments to ensure smooth workflow Coordinate project timelines, documentation, and internal workflows to meet deadlines and objectives Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and project reports to support business development Maintain operational records, project trackers, and company databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility Coordinate meetings with customers, partners, and vendors to facilitate communication and collaboration Assist with procurement, inventory tracking, and logistics planning to optimize resource management Support preparation of regulatory and compliance documentation as required to meet legal standards Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights that support business growth strategies Assist in organizing demonstrations, exhibitions, and client visits to enhance customer engagement Prepare management reports and business performance updates to inform decision-making Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operational efficiency for better outcomes Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management to support business needs
