We are seeking confident and service-oriented Retail Client Service Executives to support front-line retail operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium retail environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, luxury retail service, and professional retail operations. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Retail Operations Assist customers with garment drop-off and collection Provide professional advice on luxury garment care services Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately Manage bookings, customer enquiries, and service requests Ensure proper handling and coordination of high-value garments Maintain professional retail presentation and service standards Manage solo shift operations confidently when required Requirements Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with premium clientele Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented Retail, hospitality, customer service, or luxury service experience is advantageous Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays Positive attitude and willingness to learn Training will be provided for suitable candidates All applicants will be assessed based on merit, skills, and relevant experience in accordance with fair employment practices.
