Sales Supervisor (Food & Beverage) Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Supervisor to oversee daily sales operations and support business growth within our Food & Beverage establishment. The successful candidate will supervise frontline staff, drive sales performance, maintain excellent customer service standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities Supervise the daily sales and customer service operations to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery. Lead, coach, and motivate sales and service staff to achieve individual and team sales targets. Monitor sales performance and recommend strategies to increase revenue and customer traffic. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing enquiries, feedback, and service recovery promptly. Assist in planning and executing sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. Ensure products are displayed attractively and promotional materials are properly implemented. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the kitchen and procurement teams to ensure adequate inventory for daily operations. Prepare sales reports, analyse sales trends, and provide recommendations to improve business performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, and workplace health and safety standards. Assist with staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and on-the-job training to maintain high service standards. Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and daily sales reporting where required. Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for business growth and improve operational efficiency. Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry. Proven experience in sales supervision, customer service, or restaurant operations. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to analyse sales performance and implement effective sales strategies. Good organisational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift work.
