General Outdoor Cleaning/ Waste Collection & Disposal Empty Rubbish Chutes bins and replace bin liners Collect and segregate general waste, recyclables (if applicable) Transport waste to designated collection points or bin centres Bin Centre Cleaning Wash and disinfect rubbish bins Clean bin centre flooring, walls, and drainage areas Ensure no foul odours or pest attraction Drainage & Gutter Maintenance Clear clogged drains, gratings, and gutters Remove debris to prevent water stagnation and flooding Use of Cleaning Equipment Operate equipment such as: Leaf blowers/Hi-Pressure jet and /or Scrubber Perform basic maintenance of tool Ad Hoc Duties Follow supervisor instructions for special tasks
