Fleet Manager

Join Our Growing Logistics Team We are looking for an experienced and proactive Fleet Manager to oversee our transportation fleet operations and ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective delivery performance. Key Responsibilities Manage daily fleet operations including vehicle allocation, routing, and scheduling Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, maintenance, and operating costs Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime Supervise drivers and transport staff, including attendance, performance, and training Handle incident reporting, vehicle inspections, and insurance coordination Optimize fleet utilization and improve operational efficiency Work closely with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, expenses, and compliance documentation Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction Requirements Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related field Minimum [3–5] years of experience in fleet or transport management Strong knowledge of logistics operations and transportation regulations Experience managing drivers and large vehicle fleets Good problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or distribution industries Knowledge of GPS tracking and fleet monitoring systems Valid driving license What We Offer Competitive salary package Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive and professional work environment Training and development programs Performance incentives and employee benefits
