Timely and accurate processing is required to meet the deadline of the closing. Senior HR Executive reports directly to the Head of Human Resource and able to work independently. He/She will have to liaise with all Sections/Departments to gather the overtime claims and incentive claim for processing. - Verify the attendance of employees accordingly to the roster. - Verify the claim of overtime hours, night shift allowance and split shift allowance - Carry out data entry into the payroll software systems - Prepare the payroll summary to be checked by the Head of HR. - Download the bank file to be submitted to Finance - CPF Contribution - Submission of the foreign workers income tax clearance with Inland Revenue…
