Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple sites. Plan work schedules and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently. Lead, supervise, and motivate site supervisors and maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets contractual requirements and quality standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly. Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and optimize resource utilization. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to support operational needs. Prepare operational reports, performance reviews, and maintenance documentation. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance or operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role . Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, horticulture, irrigation systems, and pest management. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and client relationship management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. Possession of a valid driving licence.
