About this role

Donor & Partnership Development Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors, foundations, corporations, and prospective supporters. Build and maintain meaningful relationships through regular engagement, meetings, site visits, and stewardship activities. Identify and pursue new funding opportunities from individuals, foundations, corporations, and community partners. Support donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts to achieve fundraising targets. Develop account engagement plans for key donors and partners to strengthen long-term support. Support fundraising campaigns, events, and partnership initiatives through donor and sponsor engagement. Proposal Development & Grant Management Develop funding proposals, grant applications, sponsorship packages, donor presentations, and fundraising materials. Work closely with programme and service teams to gather information on funding needs, programme outcomes, and impact. Coordinate the preparation and submission of grant reports, donor reports, and impact updates. Ensure donor commitments and reporting requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time. Maintain a repository of funding proposals, donor communications, and grant documentation. Donor Stewardship & Engagement Develop and implement stewardship activities that strengthen donor retention and engagement. Coordinate donor appreciation initiatives, impact-sharing sessions, and recognition opportunities. Oversee the preparation of acknowledgement letters, donor communications, and stewardship materials. Track donor engagement activities and recommend opportunities for donor retention and upgrading. Support the creation of donor stories, impact reports, and communication materials that demonstrate programme outcomes. Maintain accurate donor records and engagement history in Salesforce CRM. Internal Stakeholder Management Collaborate with programme, communications, volunteer management, and service teams to deliver donor and partnership commitments. Identify opportunities for corporate engagement through volunteering, sponsorships, fundraising activities, and awareness initiatives. Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of partnership activities and donor engagements. Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance donor experience and organisational visibility. Fundraising Administration & Reporting Monitor portfolio performance, donor pipelines, and fundraising activities. Prepare regular reports on donor engagement, fundraising outcomes, and partnership activities. Support data analysis and donor research to identify growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and donor management procedures. Key Requirements Qualifications: Degree in Communications, Business, Non-Profit Management or related fields. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in fundraising, donor management, philanthropy, partnership development, or a related field. Experience managing donor, corporate, foundation, or stakeholder relationships. Experience developing proposals, grant applications, sponsorship pitches, or donor communications. Experience in the social service, healthcare, education, or non-profit sector is advantageous. Skills & Attributes: Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and develop fundraising opportunities. Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
