Sales Consultant

Job Description Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs and budget. Recommend suitable used cars based on customer preferences. Explain vehicle features, history, specifications, and financing options. Arrange and conduct test drives. Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and sales terms. Prepare sales documents and ensure compliance with dealership policies. Follow up with customers before and after the sale. Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Job Requirements Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and persuasion abilities. Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude. Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours. Valid Class 3 Licence Knowledge of used vehicle brands, models, and market values is an advantage.
