Assistant Manager, Aircraft Leasing

This role involves being a key member of the aircraft pricing/business team, managing aircraft lease, purchase, and trading transactions from initiation to completion. Key accountabilities include generating financial models, preparing transaction documentation like proposals and term sheets, and managing all phases of aircraft leasing, purchase, sale, and transition transactions. Candidates are expected to have at least 5 years of experience in aviation finance, marketing, program management, and contract negotiations, with experience in aviation leasing or M&A advisory being favorable. A degree in Engineering, Finance, or Accounting is required, along with strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in financial modeling.
