About this role
The Senior / FPGA Engineer will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and validating baseband signal processing pipelines on modern FPGAs, integrating with high-speed converters and RF front-ends. This role owns the end-to-end flow from algorithm prototyping and RTL implementation through to hardware-in-the-loop validation and production readiness.
Candidates should possess 3–7 years of experience in digital communications, DSP, or baseband algorithm development, preferably with drone/telemetry experience, and a strong knowledge base in Electrical, Communications, or Computer Engineering. Required expertise includes proficiency in VHDL/Verilog, DSP implementation on FPGA platforms, and modeling/prototyping using tools like MATLAB/Simulink or Python.
