Plan and monitor ship maintenance and MRO expenditures to ensure operational readiness. Lead teams of technicians and contractors while coordinating with yards and customers to ensure quality and safety. Requires a Diploma or Degree in Marine, Mechanical, Naval Architecture, or Electrical engineering with preferably 3 years of experience in ship repairs. Must have project management skills and the ability to work onboard vessels and on weekends.
