Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support the Head of Cyber Marketing in driving the organisation's brand visibility, demand generation, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing digital campaigns, organising corporate events and visits, and producing high-quality marketing collateral that reinforces the company's positioning in the cybersecurity space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on execution, and can manage multiple work streams simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and brand consistency. Key Responsibilities 1.Digital Campaigns Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, EDM, website, paid media, etc.) Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/vendors on campaign timelines, content, and creative assets Monitor campaign performance metrics (engagement, leads, reach, CTR) and prepare regular reporting with actionable insights Assist in managing marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and CRM data hygiene related to campaigns Support SEO/SEM and social media content calendars in alignment with overall marketing strategy 2.Event Execution Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for corporate events, trade shows, seminars, and webinars, including venue coordination, vendor management, and on-site/virtual execution Develop event timelines, and checklists to ensure smooth delivery Liaise with internal business units, speakers, and external partners to align event objectives and content Manage event budgets and track expenditure against approved plans Conduct post-event evaluation, including attendee feedback, ROI analysis, and lessons-learned documentation 3.Corporate Visits Coordinate logistics for corporate visits, client delegations, and VIP engagements, including scheduling, briefing materials, and on-site hosting arrangements Prepare welcome decks, briefing notes, and company overview materials tailored to visiting delegations Work closely with cross-functional teams (business development, operations, security) to ensure seamless visit experiences 4.Marketing Collaterals Design and produce marketing collaterals such as brochures, corporate profiles, case studies, presentation decks, banners, and digital assets Ensure all collaterals adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across touchpoints Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies where required to deliver polished, on-brand materials Maintain and organize a central repository of up-to-date marketing collaterals for internal and external use 5.Vendor & Team Oversight Vet and review work submitted by the team, external agencies, designers, and vendors (e.g., creative concepts, campaign assets, event proposals) to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand and business objectives before sign-off Assess vendor/agency proposals, quotations, and past portfolios during the selection process to ensure value-for-money and …
