Shipping Coordinator

Min GCE"N/O/A" level or it's equivalent Min 1-2 years of related experience in freight forwarding Knowledge and ability to handle L/C shipments and documentation Able to handle a full set of Import documents Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Exposure to transportation or freight forwarding companies Basic Excel spreadsheet skills and email correspondences Good communication in both written and spoken English Possess initiative and meticulous in work Knowledge in Consolidated shipment is an added advantage Handle full spectrum of order processing including shipping documentation Ensure efficient order and shipment fulfilment Work closely with various departments and logistics service provider Liaise with clients on shipment issues Assist in planning for outgoing shipments Training will be provided for fresh-entry candidates Other administrative duties as and when assigned.
